Introduction ------------ We aim to cater for the needs of all visitors in our promenade-based hotel. The following statement is a summary of our provision. If you have any specific questions please feel free to call us and we will endeavour to help. Pre-Arrival ----------- We are situated directly between south and central pier, probably the most easily accessible location in Blackpool. Their are many routes you can take which direct you straight to us. We are probably closer to south train station than central, however either would be convenient. There is a bus stop at our front car park which carries a frequent service. The closest train station is only 5 minutes away in a car. There is a local taxi service that has accessible taxis if required, you can make a booking at our pay phone service at reception. Brochures and menus are provided at our reception desk. You can contact us via phone, text, fax or email (see below) Arrival & Car Parking Facilties ------------------------------- On arrival to the property there is a fourcourt car parking facility which directs you to our front door, the car park has marked parking bays, and we suggest to stay within these to help accomodate other guests and allowing ample room for parking. the surface level is flat and concrete, We do not reserve parking spaces as it would be unfair to other guests, the parking is on first come first served basis, however if you do not retrieve a space there is ample parking within the vacinity. We can assist guests with luggage from the car park and to your room. The beach, sea, Shops, restuarants and many attractions are within a two minute from the hotel, The main town centre is roughly a 15-20 minute walk. Main Entrance & Reception ------------------------- The front door is accessible from the car park with 7 well spaced steps to the door. The front door is always locked and we have a buzzer which we can let you in if you decide to ring our two bells. The steps to the front door have a large steel hand rail to assist you to the door. The door is roughly 1 metre in width. On entry into our hotel, there is a hallway 2 meters by 6 metres. There is seating provided in the hallway There is carpet throughout the hall and staircase. Public Areas - General (Internal) -------------------------------- Our corridors to the ground floor bedrooms are roughly over a metre in width. Corridors have are well lit and have a good colour contrast. The flooring in our corridors and stairs are all carpeted. Our breakfast room is 13 stairs down. Our four ground floor rooms are easily accessible. Our first floor rooms are 13 steps from ground floor level. Public Areas - WC ----------------- All bedrooms are ensuite, our dining room/restaurant has a WC and their are public toilets on both the first and second floors. Restaurant/Dining Room, Bar and Lounges --------------------------------------- Breakfast is served in our breakfast room on our lower ground level between 9.00-9.15am. If it is not included in you're price, you would be expected to order and pay for the day prior to eating, so the chef can prepare. Furniture is flexible and can be moved on request Additional Information ---------------------- Mobile Phone reception is generally good We able to use the front and back doors in the need of evacuations. If you require more information or assistance on evacuation please notify us on arrival, we will ensure you are evacuated safely e.g. hearing impairment.
